Long distance relationships can to a certain extent replace usual relationships between people
The idea of long distance relationships is a very bright one. Nowadays many people prefer to have long distance relationships instead of friendship in the reality. Is it possible to have excellent long distance relationships and be satisfied with them? Obviously such kind of relationships allows us to find a lot of different friends abroad. Long distance relationships give us the opportunity to communicate with people from other countries you may never have been to. Sometimes we can write about events in our life, about our relatives or friends in long or short letters and send them to people we haven't ever seen. We chat with our foreign friends without having talked with them in the reality. Is it bad or good?
And any long distance relationships last till one day we finally give up writing emails to our foreign pen pals forever or till we give up writing emails and make an attempt to meet our pen pals in real life.
As a rule the long distance relationships seem to be the best kind of relationships for people who don't want to start serious relationships with anybody but to have a sort of affair without taking to a certain person. For such ones it will be enough to exchange letters now and then no matter how long. Nevertheless, there are some people who start long distance relationships for the purpose of finding their matches. And it becomes difficult for them to continue just long distance relationships because they are eager to have a look at their pen pals in the reality. Actually it is quite a reasonable wish: people in the Internet differ much from people in real life. Somebody is not so brave but somebody on the contrary. We can't imagine people's way of living and we can't understand their nature till we get to know them a little more.
