What does a Ukrainian woman need to be completely happy?
In the past nobody would wonder that men and women have different kinds of activities: a woman used to be a housewife and a mother, meanwhile, a man used to be responsible for earning the daily bread and providing the family with money. An independent single woman looked far and away a little strange and suspicious. The situation has changed very much since that time. Today women want to achieve equality between genders more than ever before.
If you ask a single Ukrainian woman whether she wants to do nothing but to be a housewife you are likely to receive a negative answer. All things considered, it takes much time to do the entire work about the house, let alone children. Children need to be brought up properly, which also means they deserve great attention and care. It is the more difficult because a woman has to manage a lot of things herself because not every family in the Ukraine can afford to hire a housekeeper or a baby-sitter. Besides, as a rule, when a Ukrainian woman gets married it doesn't mean she doesn't have to give up working. Sometimes a woman doesn't want to give up a job because she needs some room for self-development.
Certainly, you can also find a Ukrainian woman that is already fed up with earning money or with being lonely. She has had enough independence and freedom for the rest of her life and now everything she is dreaming of is becoming a housewife as soon as possible.
Actually, everybody wants to be respected and to be regarded as an individuality after all, so why a woman shouldn't?
Of course, everything depends on many things: on education she has got, on the family she comes from, maybe even on the place she belongs to.
