You know, holidays are very important and you can say a lot about the people judging by the holidays. That is why this story is rather useful for getting some glimpses of a Ukrainian woman. Some of the authorities tried to abolish the celebration of International Women's day. The result was a strike organized by the wives of these politicians. They tried to stand their ground but you are sure to understand that it could not last long. Very soon they had to give up. So you can see that in spite of the beauty and kindness of a Ukrainian woman she is most likely to get everything she wants. She can easily find the way for it.
If you have a Ukrainian woman for a bride or a wife we strongly recommend you to do something very pleasant for her. Some of Russian and Ukrainian men prefer just to present their women with a bunch of flowers and forget about this day. It is one of the most typical mistakes. The lady can be very offended with such kind of treatment.
The best variant is to start the day with some small present. Please remember that ladies expect you to be rather romantic and extremely caring at least on this day. A luxurious dinner at her favorite restaurant could be a splendid ending for this remarkable day.
